Prineville MS - Reroof project To replace the roof on the Prineville maintenance station. The new roof will be standing seam with concealed fasteners and mechanically locked seams. It will be installed over the existing roofing on a sub-purlin system. Base Bid: Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to install a new roof system on the ODOT Maintenance Station in Prineville Oregon. Work includes installation of new roofing system per specified standards to ensure compliance with plans specs and all applicable building codes. New roof will get installed on a sub-perlin system over the exisitng roof. All roof penetrations to get new flashing systems. All work shall be completed in accordance with the project schedule, safety regulations, and quality control protocols. Base bid does not include snow gaurds. Alternate Addition 1: Supply and Install Snow Guards as shown in the project documents.
