City of Eagle Point Transportation System Plan Update The State of Oregon Transportation Planning Rules were updated in 2022 to better align local transportation planning with the State's climate and equity goals. The updated TPR apply to transportation system plans prepared by cities and counties within Oregon 8 Metropolitan Planning Areas The updates to the TPR emphasize transportation planning and solutions which reduce greenhouse gas emissions, promote safety and completeness of the multimodal Transportation system.
