2026 DPSST Parking Lot Seal Coating DPSST Parking Lot and Roadway Sealcoating. All applicable information can be found in documents attached to this Open Market Bid S-25900-00016178. Preparation and application of asphault sealcoat to approximately 547,845 square feet of the campus parking lots and roadways. Crack Sealing, agency measures cracks at approximatly 43,000 linear feet. Parking lot painting: Parking Stalls - 742 each; Crosswalks - 4 each; Stop sign lines -15 each; Directional Arrows - 2 each; and, No Parking hashmarks - 18 each. Note: Painting curbs is not within the scope of this project.
