Amended Notice of Intent to Award for Pilot Project Amendment to extend the Sole Source procurement for the 340B split billing pilot program. 340B Split Billing Software Intent to Award Sole Source Original: S-29100-00009104 Amendment: S-29100-00015836 The State of Oregon, acting by and through Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC), hereby provides public notice of its intent to enter into a contract with Craneware. The purpose of the contract is for the SAAS solution, Sentrex Split-Billing Subscription Software. This is not an opportunity to submit a proposal. For more information see the Sole Source Determination and any other documentation in the Attachments. This notice is pursuant to ORS 279B.075 and OARs 125-247-0287, 125-247-0710 and 137-047- 0710. Any affected person may protest the approval of the Special Procurement. An affected person must deliver a written protest to the Designated Procurement Officer within seven (7) calendar days after the first date of this Public Notice. The Written protest must include: 1. A detailed statement of the legal and factual grounds for the protest; 2. A description of the resulting harm to the Affected Person; and 3. The relief requested. A protest must be clearly labeled and include the Sole Source Determination number.
