OSBORN AQUATIC CENTER ROOF RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT Corvallis School District 509J (CSD) is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification of Bidders for the Osborn Aquatic Center Structural Improvements project (Project).The Project includes structural repairs on the steel roof structure, replacement of the roof, replacement of the 50 meter pool liner, and HVAC repairs. The Project budget is approximately $5.4 million. Corvallis School District 509J (CSD) is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification of Bidders for the Osborn Aquatic Center Structural Improvements project (Project). CSD is issuing this solicitation pursuant to its authority under ORS 279C.430, which permits the District to require pre-qualification of bidders for public improvement contracts. CSD is utilizing the pre-qualification methods set forth in OAR 137-049-0220 to evaluate the resources, expertise, and performance record of potential Prime Contractors. Only those bidders who have been pre-qualified by the District will be eligible to submit a bid for this project. Pre-qualification for this project is mandatory. If an applicant's application for prequalification is denied, the applicant may appeal the denial or revocation in accordance with ORS 279C.445 279C.450. The Project includes structural repairs on the steel roof structure, replacement of the roof, replacement of the 50 meter pool liner, and HVAC repairs.
