They have sufficient knowledge and expertise to construct all work in accordance with the applicable codes and regulations. 3. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, transportation, material, insurance, CAT tax, delivery cost and related items required to complete the work for this project, complete and in accordance with all plans and specifications, as related to this contract work. Exclusions (if any): Upon submission of this Proposal, the Contractor acknowledges that they have examined all plans, specifications and determined the full intent of their trade and/or related trades, so that they are able to perform their work to the highest quality recognized in their profession. No substitution of products will be accepted without prior written approval. 2. The Contractor will submit all shop drawings, submittals and manufacturers data and have approvals before installation. 3. The Contractor is required to attend all site meetings before and during their scope of work. 4. The contractor is required to initiate and maintain a safety program and current Material Safety Data Sheets for materials used while on the premises. 5. The Contractor shall conform to all City, County, State, Federal, and OSHA ordinances / laws and dispose of material and waste in accordance with these guidelines. All contractor Personnel is required to always wear Personal Safety Gear while on the Jobsite. 6. The Contractor will communicate, schedule and coordinate all inspections and permitting. 7. Cleanup and disposal of debris resulting from the work of this agreement is essential and will be performed by the Contractor, as required to maintain clean and neat work areas daily. Cleanup and disposal of debris must be performed daily, and final cleanup completed prior to contractor leaving the site. 8. The Contractor is responsible for coordinating and/or arranging all inspections for their work. Re-inspection fees and related impacts due to incomplete work will be paid for by the Contractor. 9. The Contractor shall provide secured storage and protection of all materials and work in place. Owner will not accept any any claim for repair or replacement of the said materials, equipment or installed work. 10. The Contractor shall provide adequate materials and manpower to meet the project schedule. 11. All warranties, guarantees, operation/maintenance manuals and as-builts must be complete and submitted before final payment issued. 12. The Contractor shall provide training necessary for the owner and their agents to fully understand and control the furnished, installed devices, equipment, systems, etc. 13. The Contractor will provide and maintain an mobile telephone for its on-site foreman. 14. The Contractor shall maintain an active email address. 15. The Contractor is responsible for the extension of power to the project work area - both temporary and permanent sources. 16. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining, providing, and maintaining all required certifications, licenses and insurances.
