RFP - Landscape Maintenance for Downtown Maintenance District The objective of the Downtown Maintenance District is to provide the downtown district with creatively landscaped, well-groomed and maintained planting areas consistent with good landscape design and horticultural practices. For the enjoyment and pleasure of residents and visitors, these areas should be designed and planted in such a way as to provide maximum color throughout the year.
