Notice of Intent to Purchase - Cooperative Agreement TechOps

In accordance with OCMC Chapters 2.40 and 2.52, OAR Chapter 137, Divisions 45, 46, 47, 48, and 49 and Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 279A, B, and C notice is hereby given by the City of Oregon City on behalf of its Library department, that it intends to purchase one (1) Sprinter Mobile Outreach Vehicle, through the HGACBuy Cooperative Purchasing Program, contract FS12-13. The estimated purchase is $259, 786.20 with a contingency authorization up to 10% of the estimate.
