The City of Manzanita is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide both long range land use planning services and provide updates to the City's implementing Ordinances. The Request for Proposals is designed to be administered in two phases. The first phase will be to review and conduct a major update of the City's Comprehensive Plan and to provide updates to the City's Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance to implement SB 406 which requires all cities in Tillamook County to be compliant with Oregon's Middle Housing Rules.
