Notice of Intent to use an Alternative Procurement Method It is the intent of the City of Eugene to solicit proposals for a Design-Build contract for the design and construction of a Solar and Battery Storage Project. Per ORS 279C.335(5)(c) in response to a written request, the City will hold a public hearing for the purpose of taking comments on the findings for an exemption from the competitive bidding requirement. Requests should be sent to Eugene.Purchasing@ci.eugene.or.us by 3:00PM on November 21, 2025.
