RFP 20262007 Tree Maintenance and Emergency Storm Response Services
Pursuant to ORS 279B.060 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-25-01-F, Public Contracting Rule (City Rule) 137-047-0260, sealed proposals for Tree Maintenance and Emergency Storm Response Services for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 2:30PM PST.
In general, work includes performing tree maintenance and emergency storm response services on a contractual basis. Work includes, but is not limited to pruning trees, risk / hazard abatement, removing trees, grinding stumps, debris clean up, and emergency response. An emergency storm response will be on an as-needed basis or following a large-scale emergency storm event. All work will occur within City owned rights-of-way and other City owned or maintained property.
