ITB 20252030 Public Works Fitness Room Remodel Pursuant to ORS 279C.365 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01-F, Public Contracting Rule (City Rule) 137-049-0200, sealed bids for Public Works Fitness Room Remodel for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Thursday, May 22, 2025 @ 2:30PM In general, work includes remodel of approximately 1,200 square feet of existing warehouse/storage space into finished space to accommodate personnel use as a workout facility. Work generally includes minor demolition, new thin set cementitious flooring, insulated furring wall at perimeter of room, new openings, new suspended ceiling assembly, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, drywall, painting, casework and finishes.
