ITB 2025-2053 Training Building Re-Roof and HVAC Upgrades Pursuant to ORS 279C.365 and City of Eugene Public Contracting Rule (City Rule) 137-049-0200, sealed bids for Training Building Re-Roof and HVAC Upgrades, City Project Number GJN 51319, for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Facility Management Division until May 1, 2025 at 2.00.00pm. In general, the Project includes Various HVAC Systems improvements throughout the building and the re-roofing and waterproofing of portions of the existing roof area of the City's Emergency Services Training Center located at 1725 W 2nd Ave in Eugene, OR.
