ITB 20252042 Suzanne Arlie Park Trails and Mountain Bike Park Construction (reissue) Pursuant to ORS 279C.365 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01-F, Public Contracting Rule (City Rule) 137-049-0200, sealed bids for Suzanne Arlie Park Trails and Mountain Bike Park Construction for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 2:30pm PST. In general, work includes construction of a 1.8-mile extension of the Ridgeline Trail from Mount Baldy to the east side of Suzanne Arlie Park, and up to12 miles of shared use and mountain biking optimized trails for various skill levels. For this Invitation to Bid, City of Eugene will award $1-$1.5 million in contractual services and the project completion date is May 30, 2026
