RFP 20252034 Environmental, Planning, and Related Services Master Agreement at Eugene Airport The City of Eugene is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call planning and environmental evaluation services. This will include but may not be limited to the development of a Master Plan, terminal planning and forecast updates, landside and airside planning development, Airport Layout Plan updates and modifications, and additional planning and development work at the Eugene Airport. The City of Eugene is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call planning and environmental evaluation services. This will include but may not be limited to the development of a Master Plan, terminal planning and forecast updates, landside and airside planning development, Airport Layout Plan updates and modifications, and additional planning and development work at the Eugene Airport. Environmental work could include but is not limited to an Environmental Assessment for the Eugene Airport, assisting the Airport with the development of CATEX-related reports, and other similar projects. Most of the projects are anticipated to be funded in part by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). All work will be required to comply with FAA requirements and regulations.
