RFP 20252024 Engineering Services for North Delta Highway ROW and Ayres Pont Outlet Improvements In general, work includes providing design and permitting services, related engineering and coordination to develop Plans, Specifications, and Engineering Estimate (PS&E) for improvements along the North Delta Highway corridor from Green Acres Road to Ayres Road. Notice to Proposers Pursuant to ORS 279B.060 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01-F, Public Contracting Rule 137-048-0220, sealed Proposals for Engineering Services for North Delta Highway ROW and Ayres Pond Outlet Improvements for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 2:30 PM. Proposals will be opened immediately thereafter in a Microsoft Teams meeting and a record of Proposals received will be made. Proposals will not be accepted after the Request for Proposals closing time and date. Proposals shall be valid for ninety days after opening unless otherwise specified in the specifications. This Request for Proposals does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any Proposer in the submission of a Proposal.
