Notice to Proposers Pursuant to ORS 279B.060 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01-F, Public Contracting Rule 137-048-0210, sealed Proposals for Lincoln Street Protected Bikeway Engineering Services for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 3:00 PM. Proposals shall be valid for ninety days after opening unless otherwise specified in the specifications. This Informal Request for Proposals does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any Proposer in the submission of a proposal.
