IRFP 20252018 Downtown Services Strategic Plan Pursuant to ORS 279B.070 and City of Eugene Administration Order 44-23-01-F, Public Contracting Rule (City Rule) 137-047-0270, proposals for Downtown Services Strategic Plan for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Wednesday, October 2, 2024 @ 2:30 PM. In general the City of Eugene is seeking a qualified consultant to provide analysis of the services needed in Eugene's downtown core and provide recommendations on how to organize and fund these services, including a review of the Downtown Service District.
