In response to a written request, the City will hold a public hearing for the purpose of taking comments on the findings for an exemption from the competitive bidding requirement. Requests should be sent to Eugene.Purchasing@ci.eugene.or.us by 3:00 PM on September 17, 2024. A copy of the written findings is attached.
