ITB 20252007 EUG Beacon Relocation and Replacement In general, the project involves the removal of the existing airport rotating beacon and tower down to the foundations as well as the installation of a new tip-down style airport rotating beacon in a new location. Additional work includes a new foundation, conduit, wiring, and maintenance pad expansion. Notice to Suppliers Pursuant to ORS 279C.365 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01-F, Public Contracting Rule 137-049-0200, sealed bids for EUG Beacon Relocation and Replacement for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 2:30 PM. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter and publicly read aloud in a Microsoft Teams meeting. Bids will not be accepted after the bid closing time and date. Bids shall be valid for 150 days after opening unless otherwise specified in the bid specifications. This Invitation to Bid does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any bidder in the submission of a bid.
