ITB 20252002 Parks, Medians, and Stormwater Facilities Irrigation Systems Assessment In general, work includes operation, inspection, and assessment of all existing irrigation systems operated and maintained by the City of Eugene Parks and Open Space Division. Irrigated properties to be assessed include portions of parks and stormwater planters or medians located in the public right of way. Pursuant to ORS 279B.055 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01-F, Public Contracting Rule 137-047-0255, sealed bids for Parks, Medians, and Stormwater Facilities Irrigation Systems Assessment for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at 2:30 PM. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter and publicly read aloud in a Microsoft Teams meeting. Bids will not be accepted after the bid closing time and date. Bids shall be valid for sixty days after opening unless otherwise specified in the bid specifications. This Invitation to Bid does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any bidder in the submission of a bid. See above.
