IRFP 20242067 Long Term Hazard and Risk Analysis In general, work includes hazard and risk analysis to help the City of Eugene better understand and manage potential long term community hazard and risk from chemical and hazardous materials use, management and release. Notice to Proposers Pursuant to ORS 279B.070 and City of Eugene Administration Order 44-23-01-F, Public Contracting Rule 137-047-0270, proposals for Long Term Hazard and Risk Analysis for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 3:00 PM. Proposals shall be valid for sixty days after opening unless otherwise specified in the specifications. This Informal Request for Proposals does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any Proposer in the submission of a proposal.
