ITB 20242039 Amazon Park Sand Volleyball Court Renovation In general, the work for this project includes the demolition of two existing sand volleyball courts and the construction of two new sand volleyball courts in the same location in the City of Eugene?s Amazon Park. Work also includes constructing underdrainage piping which will connect to an outfall stub provided by others as part of the adjacent Amazon Creek Restoration project. Notice to Suppliers Pursuant to ORS 279C.365 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01-F, Public Contracting Rule 137-049-0130, sealed bids for Amazon Park Sand Volleyball Court Renovation for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 2:30 PM. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter and publicly read aloud in a Microsoft Teams meeting. Bids will not be accepted after the bid closing time and date. Bids shall be valid for sixty days after opening unless otherwise specified in the bid specifications. This Invitation to Bid does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any bidder in the submission of a bid. Project Description In general, the work for this project includes the demolition of two existing sand volleyball courts and the construction of two new sand volleyball courts in the same location in Amazon Park. Work also includes constructing underdrainage piping which will connect to an outfall stub provided by others as part of the adjacent Amazon Creek Restoration project. Prevailing Wage Rates This solicitation is for a public works project which is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. All bidders are required to consult the BOLI publication for Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon Subject to State PWR Law and all subsequent amendments. The rates in effect shall be as in BOLI publication dated January 5, 2024. See above.
