Notice to Suppliers Pursuant to ORS 279C.365 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01-F, Public Contracting Rule 137-049-0200, sealed bids for Downtown Riverfront Plaza for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 2:30 PM. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter and publicly read aloud in a Microsoft Teams meeting. Bids will not be accepted after the bid closing time and date. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days after opening unless otherwise specified in the bid specifications. This Invitation to Bid does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any bidder in the submission of a bid. Prevailing Wage Rates This solicitation is for a public works project which is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. All bidders are required to consult the BOLI publication for Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon Subject to State PWR Law and all subsequent amendments. The rates in effect shall be as in BOLI publication dated January 5, 2024. Single Point of Contact City of Eugene Purchasing is the issuing office.
