Notice of Public Hearing for CM/GC It is the intent of the City of Eugene to solicit proposals for a Construction Manager General Contractor (CM/GC) contract for the construction of the Concourse A Seating Expansion and ADA Egress Ramp project. City staff will be available Monday, April 8, 2024 from 1:00- 2:30 PM at the Airport Terminal Mezzanine, 28801 Douglas Drive, Eugene, Oregon and online via Microsoft Teams to receive comments and questions about utilization of CM/GC for this project. It is the intent of the City of Eugene to solicit proposals for a Construction Manager General Contractor contract for the construction of the Concourse A Seating Expansion and ADA Egress Ramp project. City staff will be available Monday, April 8, 2024 from 1:00- 2:30 PM at the Airport Terminal Mezzanine, 28801 Douglas Drive, Eugene, Oregon and online via Microsoft Teams to receive comments and questions about utilization of CM/GC for this project. Please contact the Purchasing Analyst for a link to the Teams meeting. For the hearing impaired, an interpreter can be provided with 48 hours notice prior to the meeting. For non-English speaking residents, the services of a foreign language interpreter can be provided with 48 hours notice prior to the meeting.
