ITB 20242061 Gate B2 Demolition In general, work includes demolition of Gate B2 and associated work at the Eugene Airport. Notice to Suppliers Pursuant to ORS 279C.365 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01-F, Public Contracting Rule 137-049-0200, sealed bids for Gate B2 Demolition for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 3 PM. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter and publicly read aloud in a Microsoft Teams meeting. Bids will not be accepted after the bid closing time and date. Bids shall be valid for sixty days after opening unless otherwise specified in the bid specifications. This Invitation to Bid does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any bidder in the submission of a bid. Project Description In general, work includes demolition of Gate B2 and associated work at the Eugene Airport. Prevailing Wage Rates This solicitation is for a public works project which is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. All bidders are required to consult the BOLI publication for Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon Subject to State PWR Law and all subsequent amendments. The rates in effect shall be as in BOLI publication January 5, 2024. Title VI Solicitation Notice The City of Eugene, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin including limited English proficiency, creed, sex including sexual orientation and gender identity, age, or disability in consideration for an award.
