RFP 20242043 11th Avenue & Crow Road Utility Extension Design The City of Eugene is requesting proposals from consulting groups for design services to extend public utilities (stormwater, transportation, water, and wastewater) along West 11th Avenue and Crow Road between Terry Street and Green Hill Road and along La Porte Drive. Notice to Proposers Pursuant to ORS 279B.060 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01-F, Public Contracting Rule (City Rule) 137-048-0220, sealed Proposals for 11th Avenue & Crow Road Utility Extension Design for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 2:30 PM. Proposals will be opened immediately thereafter in a Microsoft Teams meeting and a record of Proposals received will be made. Proposals will not be accepted after the Request for Proposals (RFP) closing time and date. Proposals shall be valid for sixty (60) days after opening unless otherwise specified in the specifications. This Request for Proposals does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any Proposer in the submission of a Proposal.
