Notice to Suppliers Pursuant to ORS 279B.070 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01-F, Public Contracting Rule 137-047-0270, quotes for Hazardous Tree Removal Services for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 3:00 PM PST. Quotes will not be accepted after the quote closing time and date. Quotes shall be valid for sixty days after opening unless otherwise specified in the quote specifications. This Invitation to Submit Quotations does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any quoter in the submission of a quote.
