ITB 20242027 Liquid Magnesium Chloride In general, work includes furnishing corrosion inhibited liquid magnesium chloride to be used by the City of Eugene as a road deicer on an as-needed basis. The initial term of the awarded price agreement will be one year and may be renewed for four additional one-year periods. Notice to Suppliers Pursuant to ORS 279B.055 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01-F, Public Contracting Rule 137-047-0255, sealed bids for Liquid Magnesium Chloride for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 2:30 PM. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter and publicly read aloud in a Microsoft Teams meeting. Bids will not be accepted after the bid closing time and date. Bids shall be valid for 60 days after opening unless otherwise specified in the bid specifications. This Invitation to Bid does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any bidder in the submission of a bid.
