Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Contract to SquareOne Villages Pursuant to Eugene Code 2.1430 and under the exemption or procedure authorized by City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01F, Public Contracting Rules 2022, 137-047-0275, the City of Eugene intends to contract for shelter site operations at 2243 Roosevelt Boulevard, Eugene, with SquareOne Villages as a sole-source provider for this service at this location. Pursuant to Eugene Code 2.1430 and under the exemption or procedure authorized by City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01F, Public Contracting Rules 2022, 137-047-0275, the City of Eugene intends to contract for shelter site operations at 2243 Roosevelt Boulevard, Eugene, with SquareOne Villages as a sole-source provider for this service at this location. The estimated cost of the purchase is $410,000 for the first year with an estimated cost of $250,000 in future fiscal years for a total of $910,000 over a three-year period. Any other Supplier who can provide this service at this location should notify the City of Eugene Purchasing Office in writing by noon on September 5, 2023. Notifications shall be emailed to Eugene.Purchasing@ci.eugene.or.us. If no qualified Supplier submits a notification within this time, the City shall proceed with a Sole Source award to SquareOne Villages.
