ITB 20242013 Sub-surface Plumbing Supplies - Reissue In general, work includes providing plumbing supplies to the City of Eugene Public Works department. The City intends to award a five-year price agreement as a result of this Invitation to Bid. Pursuant to ORS 279B.055 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01-F, Public Contracting Rule 137-047-0255, sealed bids for Sub-surface Plumbing Supplies Price Agreement - Reissue for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Thursday, August 24, 2023, at 2:30 PM. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter and publicly read aloud in a Microsoft Teams meeting. Bids will not be accepted after the bid closing time and date. Bids shall be valid for 60 days after opening unless otherwise specified in the bid specifications. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any bidder in the submission of a bid.
