ITB 2023200070 Roosevelt Yard Electrical Improvements Phase 3 In general, work includes installation of pre-purchased electrical equipment at Building 10, 18, and 20 which will provide 480-volt power to the south portion of the Public Works campus for Public Works Maintenance, Parks & Open Spaces Facility, located at 1820 Roosevelt, Eugene Oregon. Notice to Suppliers Pursuant to ORS 279C.365 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01-F, Public Contracting Rule 137-049-0200, sealed bids for Roosevelt Yard Electrical Improvements Phase 3 for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 2:30 PM. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter and publicly read aloud in a Microsoft Teams meeting. Bids will not be accepted after the bid closing time and date. Bids shall be valid for 60 days after opening unless otherwise specified in the bid specifications. This Invitation to Bid does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any bidder in the submission of a bid.
