ITB 2023-1010 Overpark Stairs The replacement of a failing, five story, exterior, precast concrete stair system with a new steel system at the City of Eugene?s Overpark parking garage, located at 1000 E 10th Ave, Eugene, OR 97401. Project also includes stucco and gutter repair in the adjacent elevator tower. Bid Alternates include elevator vestibule improvements and elevator tower painting. The replacement of a failing, five story, exterior, precast concrete stair system with a new steel system at the City of Eugene's Overpark parking garage.
