ITB 2023-1012 EPD HQ FLEET PARKING The project consists of removal of existing curbs, landscaped islands, pavements, and trees and vegetation to expand and reconfigure the fleet parking lot to maximize parking. Includes new curbs; curb/gutter; new asphalt vehicle paving to expand the parking lot and restore areas of pavement failure; new trees, landscaping, and irrigation; new stormwater raingarden; and relocation of existing site lighting. Pavement seal coating and the remaining fleet parking area are additive Alternates. EPD HQ FLEET PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS
