RFP 2023200050 Engineering Services Amazon Creek Concrete Channel Structural & Hydraulic Assessment In general, work includes engineering consulting services to assess structural integrity and hydraulic capacity of the Amazon Creek channel, approximately 1.2 miles of a reinforced, concrete lined channel including thirteen bridge/culverts utilized by vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles. Notice to Proposers Pursuant to ORS 279B.060 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01-F, Public Contracting Rule City Rule 137-048-0220, sealed Proposals for Engineering Services for the Amazon Creek Concrete Channel Structural and Hydraulic Assessment for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 2:30 PM. Proposals will be opened immediately thereafter in a Microsoft Teams meeting and a record of Proposals received will be made. Proposals will not be accepted after the Request for Proposals closing time and date. Proposals shall be valid for sixty days after opening unless otherwise specified in the specifications. This Request for Proposals does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any Proposer in the submission of a Proposal.
