ITB 2023200047 Amazon Headwaters Trail Repair Phase II In general, the work includes the replacement of three wooden boardwalks at the south end of the Amazon Headwaters Trail. Replacement fiberglass boardwalks will consist of hollow, pultruded fiberglass structural components and decking with embedded grit for slip resistance. The boardwalks and associated hardware will be provided by the City of Eugene. The contractor shall be responsible for all tools and equipment necessary to transport, fabricate, and install the boardwalks. Pursuant to ORS 279C.365 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01, Public Contracting Rule 137-049-0200, sealed bids for Amazon Headwaters Trail Repair Phase II for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 2:30 PM. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter and publicly read aloud in a Microsoft Teams meeting. Bids will not be accepted after the bid closing time and date. Bids shall be valid for sixty days after opening unless otherwise specified in the bid specifications. This Invitation to Bid does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any bidder in the submission of a bid.
