RFP 2023200055 Parks & Open Space Unarmed Security Services In general, work includes provision of unarmed security services to lock and unlock park facilities and gates. Notice to Proposers Pursuant to ORS 279B.060 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01, Public Contracting Rule 137-047-0260, sealed proposals for Parks & Open Space Unarmed Security Services for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 2:30 PM. Proposals will be opened immediately thereafter on a Microsoft Teams meeting and a record of proposals received will be made. Proposals will not be accepted after the Request for Proposals closing time and date. Proposals shall be valid for 60 days after opening unless otherwise specified in the specifications. This Request for Proposals does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any proposer in the submission of a proposal.
