ITB 2023200062 Scheduled Shuttle Service for the Eugene Airport - Reissue The City owns and operates the Eugene Airport (EUG) and is soliciting proposals from interested companies for providing scheduled shuttle service between Oregon State University, Eugene Airport, and University of Oregon to benefit customers of the Eugene Airport. The agreement, in the form of an operating contract, will be for a five-year term. Notice to Proposers Pursuant to ORS 279B.060 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01, Public Contracting Rule 137-047-0260, sealed proposals for Scheduled Shuttle Service for the Eugene Airport - Reissue will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 2:30 PM PST. Proposals will be publicly opened in a Microsoft Teams meeting, and a record of proposals received will be made. The record will be available on OregonBuys 24 hours after opening. Proposals will not be accepted after the Request for Proposals closing time and date. Proposals shall be valid for 90 days after opening unless otherwise specified in the specifications. This Request for Proposals does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any proposer in the submission of a proposal.
