RFP 2023200058 Dig Point Repair On-call Services Pursuant to ORS 279B.060 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01, Public Contracting Rule (City Rule) 137-047-0260, sealed proposals for Dig Point Repair On-call Services for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 2:30 PM. In general, work includes point repair of defects found in the City's wastewater and storm drainage collection systems as well as isolated repairs or updates to other infrastructure related facilities. The intent of this RFP is to provide multiple price agreements from which City staff can select when needed work is identified. The term of this contract will be one year with the option for four additional one-year periods upon mutual consent of both parties.
