Description

ITB 24-095 The City of Beaverton is seeking contractors for Tenant Improvements to the Beaverton Building for the Oregon Startup Center (OSC) located on the third floor. The construction of this tenant improvement will be on an occupied floor of the Beaverton E-Suites with multiple tenants in suites nearby. The project includes remodeling spaces for their Non-Profit Incubator as well as offices for OSC and a kitchenette to be shared by all tenants of the E-Suites.
