It is the City of Ashland's intent to award the DOCSIS 3.1 Upgrade to ePlus Technology, Inc.

ORS 279B.410 A bidder or proposer may protest the award of a public contract or a notice of intent to award a public contract.

A written protest shall be delivered to the following address: City of Ashland, Keanna Khlafallah, Purchasing Specialist, 20 East Main St. Ashland, OR 97520. The seven (7) day protest period ends December 2, 2025 at 10:00 AM
