Notice of Intent to Award Internet Bandwidth RFP It is the City of Ashland's intent to award the 2026 Internet Bandwidth Contract to LS Networks and Link Oregon. ORS 279B.410 A bidder or proposer may protest the award of a public contract or a notice of intent to award a public contract. A written protest shall be delivered to the following address: City of Ashland, Keanna Khlafallah, Purchasing Specialist, 20 East Main St. Ashland, OR 97520. The seven (7) day protest period will expire at 02:30 PM September 24, 2025.
