Notice of Intent to Award It is the City of Ashland's intent to award the Non Preference Towing Rotation Contract to the following vendors: Star Towing, Caveman Towing, Bill's Towing, and Goodfella's Towing. Per ORS279B.410 A bidder or proposer may protest the award of a public contract or a notice of intent to award a public contract. A written protest shall be delivered through OregonBuys or to the following address: City of Ashland, Keanna Khlafallah, Purchasing Specialist, 20 East Main St. Ashland, OR 97520.
