Chemicals For Use At The Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants July 1, 2025- June 30, 2026 The City of Ashland is seeking bids for nine chemicals for use at the Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants as specified in this Invitation to Bid. Bidders are encouraged to bid on any number of chemicals they can provide as specified. The City's intent is to award an individual 12 month contract for each chemical to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid substantially complies with the requirements and criteria set forth in the Invitation to Bid, beginning July 1, 2025.
