ADDENDUM NO. 1

THE FOLLOWING CHANGES/ADDITIONS TO THE ABOVE CITED SOLICITATION ARE ANNOUNCED:

This Addendum provides clarifications and modifications to the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents only
to the extent outlined below. All other terms, conditions, requirements, and provisions of the RFP shall
remain unchanged and in full force and effect. This Addendum is hereby made an integral component of the
RFP and Proposers are expected to adhere to the specifications of this addendum as if the requirements
were originally included in the solicitation.

Proposers must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the designated space on the Proposer Certification
form as referenced in SECTION V - ATTACHMENT A, PROPOSER CERTIFICATION. Failure to acknowledge
receipt of this addendum may result in the rejection of the proposal.

The RFP closing date remains unchanged.
January 29, 2026 at 2:30 PM Pacific Standard Time

QUESTIONS, CLARIFICATIONS AND CHANGES

QUESTION 1.
Will you accept copied digital signatures?
Answer.
Yes. The District will accept digital signatures.
QUESTION 2.
Just to confirm, if a sample is not approved, we would not be able to supply pricing for that non
approved item?
Answer.
Pricing may only be submitted for sample products that have been approved through the Equivalent
Product Request Process. If a sample is not approved, pricing may not be submitted.
CLARIFICATION 1.
A manufacturer may have more than one approved specified item listed on the Price Schedule form;
however, Proposers may provide pricing for only one product per RFP line item.
CHANGE 1.
Attachment G - Price Schedule is hereby replaced in its entirety with Attachment G1 - Price Schedule.
The additional specified products listed below have been incorporated into the revised Attachment G1-
Price Schedule.

Products added as specified items include:
