Notice of Intent to Use Cooperative Over $250k - Jubitz Corporation Pursuant to ORS 279A.215(2)(a), the District intends to award a contract through a permissive cooperative contract the procurement of renewable diesel fuel and petroleum products for school buses for the Purpose of Transporting Pupils Home to School per ORS327.043 & IEP Requirements. The approximate value of the contract is $900,000.00. The contract for the work described herein is with Jubitz Corporation through Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation (Trimet) Cooperative Contract #RF220163LJ renewable diesel fuel and petroleum products for school buses
