SUBJECT: Notification of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract
Pursuant to ORS 279B.075 and OAR 125-247-0275, the District has determined that the partnership with
Metropolitan Family services for the 21st Century Community Learning Center (CCLC) grant program is a
sole source procurement. The grant was awarded through a competitive process at the state level,
and Metropolitan Family Services was specified as a partner in the grant application.
Interested members of the public may submit comments to the District no later than seven calendar days
from the date of this Notice. Comments must be submitted to contacts@beaverton.k12.or.us.
