Public Notice Cooperative Purchase Musical Instruments Purchasing Department 1260 NW Waterhouse Ave, Beaverton, OR 97006 PUBLIC NOTICE COOPERATIVE PROCUREMENT DATE: 02/09/2023 The Beaverton School District has elected to utilize the OMNIA Partners , Region 4 Education Service Center Cooperative Contract, for the purchase of Band Instruments and Related Services. The Instrument estimated amount is $975,000. from Music & Arts, pursuant to OAR 137-046-0400, Authority of Cooperative Procurements. The Purchasing Department will receive protest from affected persons of this determination. Written protests must be in accordance with OAR 137 -046-0470 and ORS 279B .400 through 279B.425 and shall include a detailed statement of the legal and factual grounds for the protest, a description of the resulting harm to the affected person, and the relief requested. The protest deadline is February 16, 2023. The protest shall be email to Contracts@beaverton.k12.or.us, or hand delivered to Administration Center, 1260 NW Waterhouse Ave, Beaverton, Oregon 97006. Late protests shall not be accepted.
