Description
The Ohio Expo Center & State Fairgrounds (the Commission) is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified vendors to enter into a multi-year contract to provide amusement attractions and related operational services for the Ohio State Fair, including the operation of the Fair’s Carnival and/or SkyGlider attraction. The selected vendor will be responsible for the safe, professional, and efficient operation of assigned amusement attractions, including staffing, daily inspections, maintenance, guest service, and compliance with all applicable safety regulations and Commission requirements. The Commission seeks an experienced operator capable of delivering a high-quality guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability, and operational excellence throughout the duration of the Fair. If a suitable offer is made in response to this RFP, the Commission may enter into a contract (the “Contract”) with the selected offeror (the “Vendor”) to perform all required services associated with the Project. This RFP outlines the scope of services, proposal submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and contractual obligations applicable to the selected Vendor.
