The ODH Bureau of Public Health Laboratory (BPHL) assist with disease diagnosis, environmental surveillance, and epidemiological support by processing/testing specimens/samples for local public health jurisdictions, clinics, hospitals, and other state agencies. Tests performed on specimens/samples can be time and temperature sensitive and require a scheduled delivery time frame. The objective is to provide courier service for transporting time sensitive specimens/samples for testing to the ODH Bureau of Public Health Laboratory (BPHL).
